Terms of Service
These terms will be very simple, and are assumed accepted if you commission me. Breaking these terms after commissioning me will result in being blacklisted and, if commercial terms are violated, possible legal action.By Accepting these terms you are agreeing to pay a sum of Money to be specified based on your request. Payment will be made in full up front. Payment plans can be arranged, but this must be done prior to me beginning to work, and must be discussed via email. All prices are in USD. Up front payment rates are as follows:No Payment Plan: 100% Payment Up FrontTwo Payments (Available for Orders over $50): 50% Up front, other 50% to be paid Within two weeks of first Payment.Four Payments (Available for Orders over $100): 25% up front, 25% due two weeks from order, 25% due four weeks from order, last 25% due six weeks from order.Please keep in mind that, even if your commission is finished before full payment is received, you will not receive the full quality files of your commissioned piece until at least 75% of the price is paid. You are allowed to pay off your plan early.Commercial use of commissioned work is not generally allowed. Failure to comply/unauthorised commercial use of work commissioned from me with result in black listing and possible legal action. If you would like to commission me for commercial use, email me prior to commissioning me so that we can discuss terms. Commercial use includes but is not limited to: Using my art to mass produce stickers, badges, prints, etc for profit (Printing for yourself is fine, but you are not allowed to sale anything I created without authorisation), using a design I have created as a model, for streaming purposes, etc.I will not draw anything that encourages or makes light of hateful ideology or illegal subject matter.
